Starbucks bagel bites but make it better (and homemade). I have to say, these absolutely blew me away 😌 They require no yeast, are made using simple ingredients, and took less than 30 minutes to make 🥯 Perfect on the go breakfast or a delish snack! What you need
tsp baking powder

cup greek yogurt
egg
oz vegan cream cheese

tbsp cinnamon powder

cup all purpose flour

cup wheat flour

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp baking soda

tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp vegan buttery sticks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and whisk to combine. Add the yogurt and mix until combined and it forms a dough. Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a log with your hands. Cut the dough into 8 pieces and form the pieces into balls. Roll each ball of dough out and put 2 tsp. of cream cheese in the middle. Fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball. In a small bowl, mix the coconut sugar and cinnamon together for the cinnamon topping. Top with melted butter or the beaten egg and then sprinkle the cinnamon topping on top or roll each bagel ball in the mixture to completely cover. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
