Granola Butter Banana Donut Holes

Thick, dense, soft, and insanely easy and delicious donut holes, inspired by classic cinnamon sugar donut holes, but made even better with granola butter.

What you need

tsp almond extract

tsp vanilla extract

cup coconut flour

ripe banana

tsp cinnamon

cup almond flour

tbsp maple syrup

cup sugar

tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Add all ingredients for the donuts into a blender. Blend until combine and forms a thick dough ball. Mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon sugar coating. Scoop out the dough out, about 2 tbsp each, and use your hands to roll into balls. Roll the balls into the cinnamon sugar mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet (you can put them pretty close together because they do not spread when baking). Bake for 16-18 minutes.
