AIR FRYER BANANA FRITTERS

These are incredibly soft and fluffy, have the best cinnamon flavor, are nestled with warm banana chunks, and drizzled with a simple granola butter glaze

What you need

banana

tsp ground cinnamon

cup all purpose flour

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract
cup plain greek yogurt

cup coconut sugar

cup granola
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, greek yogurt, baking soda, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Then, add in the sliced bananas and mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough (it’s okay if the bananas get slightly mashed into the dough). In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating. Then, once your air fryer is preheated, spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray or place a piece of parchment paper on the bottom. Using a large spoon, scoop the dough out (about 2 tbsp per ball), and place the ball of the dough directly into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Using your hands or the spoon, roll the ball around in the cinnamon sugar mixture, making sure to completely cover the surface (the dough might be a little sticky, but that’s okay - you can use a spoon to help roll it around if it is sticking to your hands too much). Once coated, place directly into the air fryer basket. Repeat until the dough is gone. Air fry for 6-8 minutes. While they are in the air fryer, mix together the ingredients for the granola butter glaze. Once done, remove from the air fryer and drizzle the glaze on top. Enjoy!View original recipe
