AIR FRYER ZEPPOLES W/ COOKIE DOUGH DIP GREEK YOGURT DIP

What you need

egg

cup all purpose flour
cup skim milk greek yogurt

cup sugar

tbsp granola

tsp baking powder

tbsp chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Then, add in the cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix well to form a thick batter/dough. If the dough seems too wet, add 2 tbsp more flour at a time, until it’s just thick enough to scoop and roll with your hands. Line the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper, and spray with nonstick spray. Working in batches, lightly flour your hands, and use a mini cookie scoop to scoop out the batter, and just slightly roll the dough into golf ball sized portions. Place the balls in the air fryer (4-5 at a time). Air fry at 350F for 5 minutes. Then flip, and air fry for another 2 minutes, until puffed and golden. Remove from the air fryer and repeat. While the zeppoles are in the air fryer, make the cookie dough greek yogurt dip. In a small bowl, combine the greek yogurt, granola butter, and chocolate chips; mix well. Dust the zeppoles with powdered sugar and serve with the cookie dough dip. Enjoy!View original recipe
