Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a mini load pan or a standard loaf pan, and set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, pumpkin, eggs, sugar, butter or coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Then, fold the dry ingredients mixture into the wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips/chopped chocolate. For mini loaves, use a 1/2 cup to scoop the batter into each mini loaf well. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired. If using a standard loaf pan, pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with additional chocolate chips if desired. For mini loaves, bake at 350F for 25-28 minutes. For a standard loaf, bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes. For both, bake until golden brown or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool in the loaf pan for 10 minutes, then remove and transfer to a wire cooling rack. Enjoy!View original recipe
