What you need
salmon fillet

cup paprika

tbsp sriracha
sesame seed

tbsp honey

tbsp dark sesame oil

tbsp rice vinegar
garlic
brown egg
tbsp chili sauce
tsp dried oregano

tbsp paprika

cup bread crumbs

cup braggs liquid aminos

scallion
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Start by making the sauce. In a large pan over medium heat, add in the sesame oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant. Add in the coconut aminos or soy sauce, sriracha, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, and honey, and mix. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then, add in the cornstarch/water mixture and mix immediately. Let the sauce simmer for another 3-4 minutes, until it has thickened. Remove from heat and set aside. În a medium bowl, season the salmon cubes with paprika and oregano. In a separate small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with paprika. Set up a dredging station with the beaten eggs in a small bowl, the panko breadcrumbs, and seasoned salmon. Start off by dipping the salmon cubes into the egg mixture, and then in the panko breadcrumb mix. Toss to ensure all sides of the salmon bites are well coated. Continue with the rest of the chicken and coating. Spray the basket of the air fryer with olive oil spray, and place the coated salmon bites in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 400F for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Once the chicken bites are done in the air fryer, place them into a large bowl and pour the sweet and spicy sauce over them. Toss to completely coat. Garnish and serve. Enjoy!View original recipe
