BANANA BREAD WAFFLE BITES

These little bites are fluffy, soft, crisp, topped with banana bread granola butter, and are of course paired with meltyyy chocolate to be best enjoyed with a cup of coffee in the morning

What you need

maple syrup

vanilla extract

gluten free all purpose flour
baking powder

sugar

chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract Then, add in the flour and baking powder, and continue to whisk until a thick and smooth batter forms. Preheat your waffle iron. Dip the banana coins into the batter, making sure to completely coat them. Then, place the coated banana coins into the heated waffle iron. Dollop ~1 tsp of the granola butter on top of each coated banana coin, and cook the waffles until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter and granola butter until the banana coins are gone. Plate the banana waffle bites, and dip into melted chocolate, maple syrup and/or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!View original recipe
