What you need

tbsp powdered sugar

cup heavy cream
pinch salt

tsp ground cinnamon
cup walnut

cup honey

tbsp coconut sugar
cup salted butter
bread roll dough
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 360F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Start by processing the walnuts with the pulse setting, until they are fine and evenly ground. You can alternatively use a blender and blend for just a few seconds, or chop by hand. Make the cinnamon honey walnut butter. In a small bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, honey, ground walnuts, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined. Set side. On a cutting board, divide each piece of bread into quarters, making 4 large bread cubes from each (12 total) Place the bread cubes onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cinnamon honey walnut butter all sides of each bread cube. Bake at 360F for 10 minutes on the first side. Then, remove from the oven and flip each piece over. Place back into the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Repeat this process 2 more times until all sides of the bread cubes (not the top and bottom) have been turned, and the pieces are a golden brown. While baking, make the vanilla bean whipped cream. In a small bowl, using a handheld mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste/extract until stiff peaks have formed. Serve the cinnamon honey walnut butter toast bites warm with whipped cream and honey, if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
