What you need

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp cinnamon powder

cup flour

cup greek yogurt

tbsp milk

cup powdered sugar

protein powder

tsp baking soda

cup brown sugar

cup butter

tbsp granola

cup pecan pieces

fl oz non-fat milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a small cast iron skillet or baking pan; set aside. In a medium bowl, add the greek yogurt, flour, and baking soda. Mix until a dough forms. Lay the dough out on a lightly floured surface and use your hands to knead a little. Roll the dough out into a small rectangle. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the filling. Spread the filling over the dough, leaving about ½” around the edges. Roll the dough long ways and use a sharp knife or pastry cutter to cut into 8-9 rolls. Place the rolls in the prepared skillet or baking dish. If using, warm the heavy cream and pour over the rolls in the dish right before baking. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. While the rolls are baking, mix the ingredients for the icing together in a small bowl. Once removed from the oven, pour or spread the icing over the rolls. Enjoy!View original recipe
