What you need

tsp ground cinnamon

egg
tbsp plain greek yogurt

tsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract
tbsp light-brown sugar

granola

cup milk

whole wheat bread

sugar
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, cinnamon, milk, vanilla collagen peptides, and vanilla extract. Dip each slice of bread in the egg/milk mixture, make sure both sides are completely coated. Repeat with the remaining mixture and bread. Lightly spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray or lightly coat with butter and place over medium heat. Once hot, add the bread slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side. Then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until golden on each side. While the french toast is cooking, make your air fried caramelized banana. Slice the banana in half, and top each half with 1 tbsp of brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Air fry at 400F for 6-8 minutes or until caramelized. Plate the french toast, and top with the caramelized banana, sifted powdered sugar, yogurt, granola, maple syrup, and/or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!View original recipe
