What you need

cup strawberries

tsp heavy cream

cup all purpose flour

tsp table salt

tsp instant yeast

tbsp butter

tsp honey

cup powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Add the warm water and honey to a bowl, sprinkle the yeast on top and whisk together. Set aside for ~5 minutes. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Once the yeast is activated, pour the yeast mixture into the flour mixture. Use a wooden spoon to stir until a dough forms. If the dough seems too sticky, add 2 tbsp more flour at a time. Lay the dough out on a floured surface and use your hands to knead a couple of times until smooth. Roll out the dough to 3/4” thickness. Use a small round cookie cutter, mason jar, or cup, to cut out and create mini circles you should get 10-12 mini circles). Then, using a smaller round lid, cutter, to the tip of a piping bag, pop the inner circle hole out to create the donut shape. Place the donuts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to rise for 30 minutes, until slightly larger and puffy. While the donuts are resting, make the strawberries & cream glaze. Whisk together all of the ingredients in medium bowl. Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer with nonstick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper. Working in batches, place the mini donuts into the air fryer. Then, brush the tops of the donuts with the melted butter. Air fry at 400F for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown. If you are using parchment paper in the air fryer, flip the donuts halfway through. Remove and allow to slightly cool. Then, dip the mini donuts into the glaze. Serve warm.
