These pizza waffles are easy to make, so delish, crispy on the outside, packed with meltyyy cheese, and are so fun 😌 They’re everything you would get in your regular pizza, just in waffle form 🤍

What you need

oz shredded mozzarella

cup gluten free all purpose flour
cup plain greek yogurt

egg

tsp salt

tbsp pizza sauce
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the egg and greek yogurt until well combined. Add in the flour, salt, and Italian seasoning. Mix to combine until a dough forms. Then, add in the pizza or tomato sauce, and mix into the dough until well incorporated. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. Place 1-2 tbsp of the dough on the surface of the waffle iron. Then, place a block or 1 tbsp of shredded mozzarella cheese in the middle. Top the cheese with another 1 tbsp of the dough mixture, and slightly press around the edges to seal. Cook the pizza waffles for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside. Repeat with the remaining dough mixture and cheese. Serve with extra pizza sauce to dip if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
