In a large bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate large bowl, beat together with brown sugar, sugar, butter, egg, and egg yolk. Add in the vanilla, sour cream, and mashed bananas, and mix until well combined. Add in the flour mixture by thirds. Mix on until there are no more clumps of flour. The dough will be very sticky. Cover the bowl place in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour. Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Remove the chilled dough from the fridge and transfer to a generously floured work surface. Flour the top of the dough and roll to about ½” thickness. Use a round cookie cutter, or a round glass, cut out donut rings. Use a smaller tube to stamp out smaller circles from the middle create the donut look. Transfer the donuts to a lightly floured baking sheet. Gather the dough scraps, knead, and roll to cut out more donuts until dough is gone. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer. Working in batches, place the donuts in the air fryer and brush the tops with melted butter. Air fry at 350F for 4-5 minutes, then flip and air fry for another 4-5 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove and place on a wire cooling rack. While the donuts are in the air fryer, make the glaze. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth. Once the donuts are cooled, dip into the granola butter glaze to cover the top. Enjoy!View original recipe
