What you need

oz creamy peanut butter

cup greek yogurt

cup pancake mix

banana

fl oz coconut oil

tsp almond extract

buckwheat flour

pinch ground cinnamon

cup almond milk
Instructions
Slice banana into wide coins. Whisk pancake mix and water or almond milk according to instructions. Whisk in almond extract and cinnamon. Coat the banana slices in the pancake mix. Heat coconut oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the coated banana slices for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
