What you need
cup skim milk greek yogurt

tsp baking soda

tbsp cream cheese

cup coconut sugar

tsp ground cinnamon

cup salted butter

tbsp maple syrup

tsp protein powder

tbsp powdered sugar
tbsp milk powder
Instructions
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F. Butter a medium skillet or baking dish; set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, greek yogurt, and baking soda. Mix together until a dough forms. In a separate small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar coating. Divide the dough into ~2 tbsp sized balls (you should get about 12). Flatten the dough balls out, and place 1 tsp of cream cheese in the middle. Use your hands to fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch, and form into a ball. Roll the balls around in the cinnamon sugar mixture making sure to completely cover the surface. Repeat until the dough is gone. Place the dough balls into the prepared skillet or baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, coconut sugar, and maple syrup. Drizzle the topping over the dough balls in the skillet or baking dish. Bale for 20-22 minutes. While baking, whisk together the ingredients for the glaze. Remove the monkey bread from the oven, allow to cool for 10 minutes, and then drizzle the glaze on top. Enjoy!View original recipe
