What you need

tsp italian seasoning

tsp smoked paprika

oz marinara sauce

cup parmesan cheese

tsp ground black pepper

tsp kosher salt

lb ground turkey

oz monterey jack

garlic

brown egg

cup bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, and milk. Mix until combined. Cut the cheese into 16-18 cubes. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the meat mixture and place a cube of cheese into the middle of the ball. Then, scoop a little more meat on top, and use your hands to roll and shape so the cheese is completely covered. Place them onto the prepared baking sheet (should make 16-18 balls). Line the air fryer basket with foil, and then place the meatballs on it. You may need to do this batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry the meatballs for 10-12 minutes or until browned, flipping halfway through. Once all of the meatballs are cooked, you can put them all in the air fryer to warm for a couple minutes. Serve with marinara sauce if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
