These might be my new obsession??? They’re soft, stuffed to the brim with a simple cheesecake filling, topped with a salty + sweet peanut caramel, and have a perfect crunch from the cinnamon sugar coating 🤤

What you need

tbsp creamy peanut butter

tbsp coconut oil
tbsp maple syrup

cream cheese
tbsp granola
tbsp ground cinnamon

cup cane sugar

tbsp honey

tsp vanilla extract

cup milk
egg

brioche
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350F. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and honey until well combined. Set aside. Make the cheesecake filling by adding the softened cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a medium bowl. Beat until creamy and fluffy. Place the mixture into a piping bag or large ziplock bag, and cut the corner/tip off. Use a small knife to carefully cut 1” wide and 1” deep holes in the buns. Dip each bun into the egg/milk mixture and then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place the buns on a piece of parchment paper. Fill the bottom of each hole in the buns with ~1 tsp of the brownie batter granola butter, and then fill to the top with the cheesecake filling. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray. Working in batches, air fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes. While the buns are in the air fryer, make the salty peanut caramel. Combine all ingredients into a small bowl, and whisk until smooth and well combined. Remove the buns from the air fryer. Drizzle with salty peanut caramel, and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
