Is there truly any better way to start the week than with a plate of pancakes? I don’t think so 🤤 Weekdays are always better when they include pancakes in my opinion 😌 These Healthy Protein Pancakes are the perfect break from all things pumpkin! cup plain greek yogurt

oz vanilla protein powder

tsp baking powder

cup rolled oats

tbsp honey

nut butter

cup almond milk
tsp salt
tsp ground cinnamon

banana
cup liquid egg whites
In a blender, add ingredients in order as listed for the pancakes. Blend until completely smooth and there are no chunks. Let batter rest for 5 minutes to allow it to thicken. Using a 1/4 cup scoop, pour onto a heated pan. Cook over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes each side. Mix together the Greek yogurt and honey in a small bowl. Plate the pancakes, and top with the honey Greek yogurt, sliced strawberries, and drizzled nut butter. Enjoy!View original recipe
