tsp nutmeg

cup molasses

tsp ground ginger

cup all purpose flour

tbsp clarified butter

cup light-brown sugar

tsp baking powder

tsp coarse sea salt

cup reduced fat cream cheese

tsp allspice

tsp baking soda
cup plain greek yogurt

Instructions
Preheat air fryer 375F OR oven to 375F. First, combine all ingredients for the crunch topping, except the egg and water, in a small bowl. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, salt, and brown sugar; whisk to combine. Add in the greek yogurt and mix until fully incorporated. Lay the dough on a floured surface and divide into 8 pieces. Form the pieces into balls. Flatten each ball of dough out and put ~1 tbsp of granola butter in the middle of each, Then, place ~1 tbsp of cream cheese on top of the granola butter. Fold the sides over the filling, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball. Brush the tops of the bagels with the egg wash, and then spoon the brown sugar crunch mixture on top of each. Place a piece of parchment paper on the surface of the air fryer basket and spray with nonstick cooking spray, or line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using the oven. To air fry: working in batches, place the balls into the air fryer, ~2” apart. Air fry at 375F for 8-9 minutes, or until golden brown. To bake in the oven: place the balls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
