What you need

banana

cup all purpose flour

cup sugar

tsp baking powder

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract

brown egg

salted butter

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Set aside. In a medium separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, eggs, and butter until well combined. Add in the mashed banana and mix to combine. Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and use a wooden spoon to mix until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Then, dollop the granola butter on top and use a knife to gently swirl around. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture all over the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. While the cake is baking, make the maple glaze. Whisk together the ingredients for the maple glaze in a small bowl. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes and then drizzle the glaze over top. Serve warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
