powdered sugar

unsalted butter

light-brown sugar

all purpose flour

apple

ground cinnamon

pancake mix
Instructions
Ăn a medium bowl, combine the pancake mix with the cinnamon and water. Mix until incorporated. Then, stir in the diced apple pieces. Then, make the streusel mixture. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Then, add the cold, diced butter and use a fork (or your hands) to mix until a crumbly mixture forms. Heat a large pan, skillet, or griddle over medium-low heat. Lightly grease with butter or nonstick cooking spray. Place 1-2 tbsp of streusel mixture onto the pan for each pancake. Then, use a 1/4 cup to pour the pancake batter directly on top of the streusel for each pancake. Allow to cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges begin to look âdry.â Flip, top with another 1 tbsp of the streusel, and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the pancakes are fluffy and golden. Repeat with the remaining batter and streusel. Make the maple glaze. In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk. Whisk until smooth and drizzly. Stack the pancakes, top with any remaining streusel, and drizzle the maple glaze on top. Enjoy!View original recipe
