What you need

frozen yogurt

plain greek yogurt

granulated cane sugar

fine sea salt

baking powder

baking soda

all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F. *You can alternatively make these in the oven, they just won’t be *as* fluffy! Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the frozen blueberries to a small bowl and microwave for 45 seconds, or until softened and they start to release their juices. Drain out the extra juice as much as possible. Set aside. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the donut twists, including the softened blueberries. Mix until well combined. The dough IS going to be sticky, but just trust the process! Lay the dough on a generously floured surface. Sprinkle some more flour on top of the dough. Use your hands to knead a couple of times, until the dough comes together more and is smooth. If the dough still seems too sticky, add 2 tbsp more tbsp of flour at a time, and continue to knead! Divide the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces. For each piece, gently stretch and roll into a small log/rope. Use your hands to form twists with the dough. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, or line with parchment paper. Working in batches if needed, transfer the twists to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Brush the tops with melted butter. Air fry at 375F for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown. To bake in the oven, bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes. Remove from the air fryer, lightly brush the tops with melted butter, and immediately roll in granulated sugar to coat. Serve warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
