What you need

unsalted butter

flat-leaf parsley

parmesan cheese

pepperoni

shredded mozzarella

pizza sauce

nonfat greek yogurt

self rising flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F. Spray a standard bread loaf pan with olive oil cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and greek yogurt. Mix with a wooden spoon until a dough forms. Lay the dough out onto a generously floured surface and knead a couple of times until it is able to be rolled out without sticking. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle. Spread the pizza sauce across the surface of the dough. Then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce to cover it. Lastly, evenly place the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, divide the dough into 12 equal-sized squares. Then, create 4 stacks by placing the squares on top of each other, with 3 squares in each stack. Starting at one side of the pan, layer each stack tightly side by side until you’ve filled the entire length of the pan. Top with a light brush of garlic butter. Cover with foil and bake at 375F for 30 minutes, then uncover and baker for another 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Serve immediately with a marinara dipping sauce, if desired.
