This Chocolate Soufflé Baked Oatmeal is packed with rich chocolate and heart-healthy oatmeal, it’s the perfect balance between healthy and delicious. The chocolate literally oozes out from the center, creating a molten stream of chocolate that mixes with the soft and fluffy cake-like oatmeal.

What you need

cup oat flour
tsp baking powder

banana

cup unsweetened almond milk

tbsp dark chocolate

oz chocolate protein powder

tbsp cocoa powder

pinch salt

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a small oven-safe dish or bowl, mash the banana. Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup or honey, melted dark chocolate, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and almond milk, and mix until fully combined. Scoop out 3 heaping spoonfuls, about 1/3, of the batter into a small bowl and set aside. Dollop the chocolate pudding in the middle. Pour the rest of the batter over the chocolate pudding to completely cover it. Bake for 20-23 minutes. Top with sifted powdered sugar or any other desired toppings. Enjoy!View original recipe
