They’re pillowy, soft, stuffed with cheddar cheese instead of cream cheese this time, and are incredibly easy to make 🤤 They are the perfect snack or little bite for the Super Bowl, and also may or may not be what you’ve been missing in your life 🤭

What you need
unsmoked back bacon

cup self rising flour

extra sharp cheddar cheese
egg
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350F. Start by cooking your bacon on a pan over medium-high heat until fully cooked through. Place on a paper towel to remove excess grease, and then chop the bacon into little bacon bits. In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and greek yogurt until a dough forms. Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a round ball with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 equal sized pieces. Flatten each piece of dough out and place ~1 tbsp of the bacon bits in the middle of each. Then place 1 cube of the sharp cheddar cheese on top of the bacon bits for each. Fold the sides over the cheese, pinch them together (make sure to pinch them together very well, so the cheese doesn’t spill out while air frying), and use your hands to shape into a ball. Brush the tops of each bagel bomb with the egg wash, and then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray of choice, or line with a piece of parchment paper. Working in batches, place the bagel bomb into the air fryer (3-4 at a time). Air fry at 350F for 8-9 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm so the cheese is melty. Enjoy!View original recipe
