What you need

milk

maple syrup

almond extract

vanilla extract

egg

coconut sugar

unsalted butter

baking soda

salt

gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray and line a loaf pan with parchment paper; set aside. În a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together. Add in the eggs, and beat to combine. Then add in the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and milk, and mix well until incorporated. Add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet, and use a spatula or wooden spoon to mix until just combined and there are no flour clumps. Fold in 3/4 of the chopped almonds, if desired. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and then sprinkle the remaining almonds on top. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove from the pan and transfer to a wire cooling rack. Drizzle maple syrup over the top of the load.
