What you need

Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400F. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar and Almond Breeze Extra Creamy Almondmilk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then, whisk in the egg, baking powder, and baking soda. 3. In a separate shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and seasonings. 4. Set up a dredging station with the flour and milk/egg mixtures, crushed cornflakes, and chicken. Dip the chicken cubes into the flour mixture, then the wet, and then the cornflakes. 5. Spray the basket of the air fryer with cooking spray, and place the chicken in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops. Air fry at 400F for 13-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown. 6. For the waffles, first pour the vinegar and Almond Breeze Extra Creamy Almondmilk in a medium bowl, and let stand for 5 minutes. Then add in the remaining ingredients, and whisk until smooth. 7. Preheat the mini waffle maker and spray. Pour ~1 tbsp of the batter into each mini waffle well, and cook until golden brown. 8. Then, mix together the ingredients for the hot honey in a small bowl. 9. To assemble, top one cooked chicken piece each on top of half of the mini waffles. Drizzle with hot honey, then sandwich with the remaining waffles. Secure with a pick. Enjoy!View original recipe
