cup buttermilk powder

Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker. In a medium bowl, mash the banana. Add in the rest of the ingredients (waffle mix, protein powder, egg, almond milk, vanilla or almond extract, cinnamon) and whisk to combine until smooth. Scoop the batter onto the waffle maker. Let cook for about 2-2.5 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter. Top with Greek yogurt, warm berries (just frozen berries warmed in the microwave!), maple syrup, or any other desired toppings.
