Serves 635 mins prep45 mins cook
Strawberry cheesecake bombs… in the air fryer? Now that’s the way to do it.Cheesecake combs are my love language, okay? They’re pillowy, soft, stuffed to the brim with cream cheese, and are quite literally the most satisfying things to rip open.

What you need
cup plain greek yogurt

cup strawberry jam

cup self rising flour

tbsp cream cheese
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F. In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour, Marine Collagen Peptides, and greek yogurt until a dough forms. Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a round ball with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 equal sized pieces, and form each piece into a ball. Flatten each ball of dough out and place ~1 tsp of the strawberry jam in the middle of each. Then, place 1 tbsp of cream cheese on top of the jam for each. Fold the sides over the cream cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray of choice. Working in batches, place the dough balls into the air fryer (3-4 at a time). Brush the top of each dough ball with the melted butter. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Enjoy!View original recipe
