What you need

tsp baking powder

cup vanilla yogurt

oz vanilla protein powder

cup oat flour
egg

tbsp maple syrup
granola cereal

fl oz espresso

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking soda
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet. Heat a little coconut oil or butter on a pan or skillet over medium-low heat. Use a 1/4 cup to pour the batter for each pancake onto the pan. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, flipping when bubbles start to form on the surface. Cook the other side for about another 2 minutes. Stack the pancakes, layering the filling in between. Dust with cocoa powder and top with any other desired toppings (I used @jessicasnaturalfoods chocolate hazelnut granola). Enjoy!View original recipe
