AIR FRYER PIZZA BOMBS

They’re pillowy, soft, filled with cheese, and brushed with a garlic butter - I mean it doesn’t get any better and the pizza sauce seals the deal - of course you always need a dip plus, there’s no yeast, made with minimal ingredients.

What you need

cup salted butter

cup self rising flour

cup pizza sauce

tsp garlic powder

shredded mozzarella
cup skim milk greek yogurt
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 350F. În a large bowl, mix together the self-rising, greek yogurt, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms. Lay the dough on a floured surface and shape into a round ball with your hands. Divide the dough into 8 equal sized pieces, and form the each piece into a ball. Flatten each ball of dough out and place ~1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese in the middle of each. Fold the sides over the cheese, pinch them together, and use your hands to shape into a ball. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush the garlic butter mixture on top of each pizza bomb. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray of choice. Working in batches, places the pizza bombs into the air fryer (3-4 at a time). Air fry at 350F for 8-9 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve and dip with warm pizza sauce. Enjoy!View original recipe
