What you need

cup parmesan cheese

cup gluten free all purpose flour
egg
tsp salt

tsp black peppercorn

cup avocado oil

tbsp dijon mustard

tbsp dijon mustard

cup honey

tbsp rice vinegar

tsp garlic powder

tsp paprika
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to instructions and rinse with cold water; set aside. In a large bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Then, add in your cooked spaghetti and mix to ensure all of the noddles are covered with the batter mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes while the air fryer preheats. Preheat the air fryer to 350F. Line the basket of the air fryer with parchment paper, and spray the parchment paper with olive oil cooking spray. Using a fork and a large spoon, twirl about ~2 tbsp of the spaghetti mixture and transfer onto the parchment paper in the basket of the air fryer. Repeat to make 3 more bundles. You will have to do this in batches! Lightly spray the tops with olive oil cooking spray. Air fry at 350F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown. You can alternatively cook on a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil, for 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat the air frying or cooking process with the remaining spaghetti mixture. While the fritters are cooking, make the homemade honey mustard. Mix together all of the ingredients for the honey mustard in a medium bowl. Once the fritters are done, plate and serve with the homemade honey mustard and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!View original recipe
