tsp ground cinnamon

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp almond flour

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp coconut oil

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp oat flour

tsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a ramekin and set it aside. In a bowl, mash the banana. Add in maple syrup and stir to combine. Fold in oat flour, oats, and baking powder. Pour this batter into the greased ramekin and set aside. To make the crumble, add walnuts and oats to a blender, and blend on high until the texture is grainy. Pour the mixture into a bowl, then add coconut sugar, almond flour, cinnamon, and melted coconut oil, mixing to combine. Set aside. To make the cream cheese topping, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Spoon the crumble mixture on top of the oatmeal base, ensuring it completely covers it.
