What you need

shredded mozzarella

turkey pepperoni

pizza sauce
plain greek yogurt

salt

baking soda

baking powder

unbleached flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 500F. Brush a large cast iron skillet with olive oil, set aside. Mix together all of the ingredients for the dough in a large bowl until a dough forms. If the dough seems a little dry, add 1 tbsp more greek yogurt at a time, until the dough starts to come together and soften up, it should be moldable! Lay the dough on a floured surface and knead with your hands a couple of times. Once smooth, roll the dough out into a large circle on a piece of parchment paper lightly dusted with flour. Placed the rolled out dough into the prepared cast iron skillet. Fold the edges over to create a crust. Top the dough with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni. Lightly brush the crust with olive oil. Place on the heated pizza stone in the oven and bake at 500F for 15-18 minutes or until the cheese has melted, and the crust is golden brown. Remove and allow to cool for at least 1-2 minutes before transferring to a cutting board. Slice and enjoy!View original recipe
