STRAWBERRY CINNAMON CRUNCH BAGELS

These are fluffy, soft, sweet, crunchy, couldn’t be easier to make, and can be made in the air fryer or oven 🤝 They honestly remind me of the Panera cinnamon crunch bagels, but with strawberries instead - truly the best bagel flavor you didn’t know

What you need

granulated sugar

coconut sugar

gluten free all purpose flour

unsalted butter

egg

strawberry

skim milk greek yogurt

self rising flour
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 325F, or preheat oven to 375F. Start off by making the cinnamon crunch topping. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the cinnamon crunch topping, and mi with a fork or spoon until a crumbly mixture forms. Set aside. Then in a separate medium bowl, combine the greek yogurt and diced strawberries. Mix until the strawberries are evenly dispersed and start to release some of their juices in the yogurt. In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour and yogurt/strawberry mixture until a dough forms. Lay the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead with your hands a couple of times. Divide the dough into 6 equal-sized pieces. Roll the dough into ropes, and bring the ends together to form a bagel shape. Pinch to seal. Brush the tops of each bagel with the egg wash, and then sprinkle with the cinnamon crunch topping. If using the air fryer, spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick cooking spray, place the bagels in the basket, and air fry at 325F for 18-20 minutes. If using the oven, place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 375F for 18-22 minutes. Serve with a spread of cream cheese or butter. Enjoy!View original recipe
