HEALTHY CHOCOLATE BANANA SNACK CAKE

What you need
tbsp granola

oz dark chocolate bar

pinch kosher salt

tsp baking soda

tsp aluminum-free baking powder

tsp ground cinnamon

cup oat flour

tsp vanilla extract

cup honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a small round baking dish with parchment paper; set aside. In a large bowl, add the bananas and mashed. Then, add in the egg, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix to combine. Add in the oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir with a spatula or wooden spoon to just combine. Then, fold in ⅔ of the chocolate chunks or chips. Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan. Then, dollop the granola butter on top of the batter and use a knife or spoon to gently swirl around. Garnish the tops with the remaining chocolate chunks/chips. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm. Enjoy!View original recipe
