Enter: your new favorite breakfast or dessert 🤝 Did anyone else grow up on peanut butter and fluff sandwiches??? When we got one of those for lunch — it instantly turned into the best day 🥹 I couldn’t help myself but take that and recreate it not only with @oat.haus, but into a TOASTER! STRUDEL! Ridiculously easy, so delish, and brings back all of the nostalgia — It’s easy to say I was in heaven with this 😮💨 make these and thank me later 🤍

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

puff pastry
egg
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Unfold the puff pastry on a large sheet of parchment paper and cut each sheet into 6 equal rectangles (12 total). Spoon ~1 tbsp of fluff over 6 of the rectangles and spread, leaving about a ½” border along the edges. Then, spread ~1 tbsp of @oat.haus Original Granola Butter on top of the fluff on each of the rectangles. Lightly brush the edges with the egg wash mixture. Place the other 6 rectangles over the fluff and granola butter coated rectangles. Use a fork to press and seal the edges. Transfer the puff pastries to the prepared baking sheet, and place in the fridge to chill for 10-15 minutes. Once chilled, brush the tops of each strudel lightly with the egg wash mixture. Bake for 17-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Wait a few minutes and then gently press down the pastries to slightly deflate. If desired, top with extra fluff and place under low broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
