What you need

tbsp unsalted butter

cup granulated sugar

tsp ground cinnamon

cup light-brown sugar

tbsp all purpose flour

brown egg

cup almond butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Roll out your puff pastry dough on a lightly floured surface. Spread the granola butter over the surface of the puff pastry. Mix together the granulated sugar and cinnamon, and then sprinkle over top the granola butter. Roll up the dough and cut in half lengthwise. Then, braid the two pieces and shape it into a wreath. Pinch the ends together to ensure that the wreath stays together while baking. To make the crunch topping, mix together the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Brush the top of the wreath with the egg wash. Then, spoon clumps of the brown sugar mixture over the wreath. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
