What you need

tsp white vinegar
egg

tsp smoked paprika
cup vegan mayonnaise

tbsp lemon

tsp chili flakes

tsp onion powder

cup plain greek yogurt

cup honey

tbsp garlic powder
pinch salt

cup bread crumbs
tbsp salted butter
skinless boneless chicken breast

tsp cayenne
garlic
lime

black peppercorn
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375F. Set up a dredging station. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. In a separate bowl, mix together the panko, cornstarch, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Start off by dipping the chicken cubes into the egg mixture, and then in the panko mix. Toss to ensure all sides of the chicken bites are well coated. Continue with the rest of the chicken. Air fry at 375F for 13-15 minutes. While the chicken is air frying, make the hot honey and lime sauce. In a small skillet, melt together the butter and garlic over medium heat. Cook until the butter starts to brown a little and the garlic is golden. Remove from the heat, and then whisk in the honey, cayenne pepper, paprika, onion powder, chili flakes, and lime juice. Once the chicken is done air frying, place into a bowl and pour the hot honey and lime sauce over it. Give it a quick toss, and then air fry again at 375F for 7-8 minutes. While the chicken is air frying, add all of the ingredients for the greek yogurt dipping sauce in a small bowl; mix to combine. Top the chicken with an extra honey drizzle and serve with greek yogurt dip. Enjoy!View original recipe
