Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bagels

What you need

tbsp cinnamon powder

cup all purpose flour

cup greek yogurt

cup wheat flour

tsp baking powder

tbsp coconut sugar

tsp salt

tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon, and whisk to combine. Add the Greek yogurt and mix, the dough should be crumbly at this point. Lay the dough on a floured surface and knead until it becomes firm and starts to form a ball. Roll into a ball and cut into four even pieces. Roll each piece of dough out into a log and connect the ends to create a bagel shape. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar together for the topping. Brush the melted butter on top of each bagel. Then, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Place the bagels on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown.
