What you need
oz cacao nibs

oz peanut butter

cup greek yogurt

tsp baking soda

tbsp honey

cup pancake mix

tsp baking powder

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp vanilla extract
egg
matcha powder

bunch fresh blackberries
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker on low/medium heat. Place dry ingredients (pancake mix, baking powder, baking soda, protein powder) into a medium bowl and whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients (egg, honey, vanilla extract, almond milk) together. Slowly add the dry ingredients to wet and mix to combine, until smooth. Scoop the batter onto the waffle maker. Let cook for about 2-2.5 minutes. Repeat for remaining batter.
